Translated by: Karzan Hasanpoor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Arrests<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">From the beginning of November until now, at least 35 Kurdish youths aged 14 to 35 from various cities and regions of East Kurdistan have been arrested on charges such as religious and political belief differences, other unclear accusations, or without stated reasons. The fate of many remains unknown, though some identities have been confirmed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">According to data recorded at the Statistical Center of the Youth Union\u2019s Human Rights Committee, the following individuals were arrested by Iranian regime forces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">1 person from Bukan, 3 from Saqqez, 5 from Sanandaj, 1 from Oshnavieh, 4 from Piranshahr, 4 from Mahabad, 2 from Kamyaran, 1 from Kermanshah, 1 woman artist from Khorasan, 1 from Baneh, 3 from Divandarreh, 2 from Urmia, and 4 from Sulduz (Naqadeh)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The confirmed arrested individuals include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Soran Yousifi from Bukan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Mohammad Ali Vaissi (30 years old, environmentalist) and Sirwan Khodakarami from Saqqez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Herish Zandi Nageran, Behnam Nouri, Farshid Mansouri, Fouad Moradi, and Idris Minbari (Kurdish language teacher) from Sanandaj<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Sadeq Mahmoudnejad (35 years old), Shwaneh Khazrnejad, Ahad Khazrnejad, and Omed Khazrnejad from Piranshahr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Khalid Elami, Saeed Fathinejad, Hemen Awar, and Peshawa Armon from Mahabad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Hamid Farhadi from Kermanshah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Ramin Mohammadi (32 years old) and Mohammad Dashti from Kamyaran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Bilal Ahmadi Azar from Oshnavieh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Rafat Saeedi and Zana Hosseini, religious teachers from Juwanro (Javanrud)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Asmar Hamidi, artist from Khorasan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Hemen Khorshidi from Baneh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Farzad Galeban and Farshad Souri from Urmia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Yaser Adwayi, Loqman Salehzadeh, Ali Hosseini, and Salman Adwayi from Sulduz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Azad Sobhani, Zanyar Moradi, and Kawa Abdi (35 years old) from Divandarreh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Executions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the committee\u2019s statistics, in the past month at least 26 Kurdish citizens imprisoned by the Iranian regime were executed on charges such as membership in Kurdish parties, religious belief differences, drug-related accusations, and other unclear charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Three of the executed individuals were under 35 years old. Of these, more than 9 were from Kermanshah province, over 6 from Urmia province, 2 from Sanandaj, and the rest from other cities and districts in East Kurdistan whose full identities were not revealed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The identified executed individuals include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Vahid Arman (34 years old), Ali Astan (25 years old), and Peyman Azizi (21 years old), all residents of Kermanshah province, executed in regime prisons during November<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Killing and Injury of Border Couriers (Kolbars) by Mines and Direct Shooting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Statistical Center of the Youth Union\u2019s Human Rights Committee, in November<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">2 Kolbars were seriously injured by direct gunfire from Iranian armed forces, and 1 Kolbar lost a limb due to a mine explosion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Identified victims: Sherzad Hosseini from Mariwan and Asad (full name unknown) from Nosha were severely wounded by Iranian forces; Ibrahim Abdollahi from Javanrud lost a leg due to a landmine explosion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">By law, border guards must issue a warning shot before firing directly, but Iranian forces routinely shoot to kill without warning, targeting the heads and chests of Kolbars<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">On November 25 \u2013 International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the history of its rule, the Iranian regime has systematically oppressed Kurdish women under pretexts such as strict hijab enforcement, political and religious issues, social norms, civil activism, and even Kurdish language teaching<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Example cases include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Jina (Mahsa) Amini, killed in Tehran for alleged hijab violations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Wareesha Moradi and Pakhshan Azizi, two Kurdish resistance women imprisoned and sentenced to death<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Zara Mohammadi, a Kurdish language teacher previously detained<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond these cases, Kurdish women are deprived of many basic and political rights.
