Arrests

From the beginning of October until now, more than 33 Kurdish youth from various cities and regions of Eastern Kurdistan, aged between 14 and 35 years, have been arrested on charges of religious and political ideological differences and various other charges and unknown reasons, and their fates remain unknown. The identities of 24 of them have been revealed

According to statistics recorded at the Statistical Center of the Youth Union Human Rights Committee, at least two people from Bokan, one person from Saqqez, four people from Marivan, one person from Sanandaj, one person from Kermanshah, three people from Shno, five people from Piranshahr, four people from Mahabad (one of the detainees is a woman), two people from Sardasht, and one person from Kamyaran have been arrested by the forces of the Islamic regime of Iran

The identities of those arrested are: Aram Wafayi aged 18 and Abdullah Golestani from Bokan, Shaho Ebrahimi from Saqqez, Mohammad Dadres, Hassan Faraji, Hassan Mehrabi, and Mobin Talebani from Marivan, Azad Haji Mirzaei from Sanandaj, Khaled Qaderpur aged 30, Mohammad Qaderi aged 27, Murad Rasoul Bahrami aged 36, Rahim Rahmani and Raouf Farrokhi from Piranshahr, Keyvan Saeedi, Rebwar Mousavi and Zaher Azari aged 17 from Shno, Khezr Rasoul Morowat, Keyvan Seyed Ahmadi, Sirwan Shawleh and Soroush Yousefzadeh from Mahabad, Perya Rostami from Kermanshah, Ako Azizi and Ayoub Rash aged 31 from  Sardasht, and Zilan Kamangir from Kamyaran

Executions

According to statistics recorded at the Statistical Center of the Youth Union Human Rights Committee, in last month more than 35 Kurdish youth have been executed in the prisons of the Islamic regime of Iran on charges of membership in Kurdish parties, religious ideological differences, narcotics, and various other charges. Only the identities of 14 of them have been revealed to the Human Rights Committee of the Democratic Youth Union of East Kurdistan

According to these statistics, two people from the city of Marivan, three people from Kermanshah Province, and other citizens from other cities and regions of Eastern Kurdistan, whose complete identities have not been revealed

The identities of those executed are: Mohammad Faraji aged 30 and Taleb Hejrati from Marivan, Qasem Sajadi aged 27, Shahram Mirzaei aged 31, Saeed Amiri aged 30 and Saeed Piri from Kermanshah, Arsalan Khani, Mehrdad Shahidi aged 33, Kamyar Barati, Saman Mohammad Khiareh, Hafez Rahmati, Homayoun Safari, Mostafa Mirzaei and Ayoub Latifian from other regions and cities of East Kurdistan. These Kurdish youth were executed on various and unclear charges in October in the prisons of the Islamic regime of Iran

Killing and Wounding of Kolbars (Border Porters)

According to statistics recorded at the Statistical Center of the Human Rights Committee of the Democratic Youth Union of East Kurdistan, in October at least 7 kolbars lost their lives due to direct shooting by armed forces of the Islamic regime of Iran, and the identities of five of them have been revealed to the Youth Union Human Rights Committee

According to these statistics, four kolbars named Ebrahim Piranzad, Mehdi Sharifi, Rebwar Mohammadzadeh and Mahdi Sharifi from Baneh lost their lives

Also, a kolbar from Baneh named Shaho Rostami was wounded by direct shooting by armed forces of the Islamic regime of Iran, and another kolbar from the city of Baneh lost a leg due to a mine explosion

According to the law, border guards have the right to shoot below the waist after one warning, but the forces of the Islamic regime of Iran shoot directly at the head and heart of kolbars without prior warning with the intent to kill
